Good to Know
- The audioguide is a phone app; child pricing is lower as kids may not have phones. For safety reasons, children under 6 are not allowed—please do not bring them on the day of the tour.
- There is an 8-minute walk from the meeting point to the bus. If the bus is unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, public transport will be used with a GetYourGuide host.
- Please check in at the time stated on your voucher; late arrivals may miss Palace entry and rescheduling fees will apply.
- The Palace gardens are free from November to March (closing at 17:30); no tickets are needed and prices are adjusted. Note: there are no musical or fountain shows in this period.
- There are no restrooms on the bus.
- Unfortunately, the bus is not fully accessible for wheelchair users.
